It is reported that some 10 employees have felt that they were given less than fair treatment by their employer and complaints have been filed with State authorities.  West Suburban Hospital can  not  comment  on  these  charges  and  the validity of the charges will be determined by State investigators.  The charges sound serious but each year many agencies have charges filed and many are found groundless and dismissed.
