If you’re up for a drive, a
few late season garden walks are still on the calendar
to satisfy you. This will give
you a chance to see what is in bloom later in
the season and how gardeners
are coping with the heat.

The McHenry County Defenders’
“Natural Yards Walk” visits one property at
4707 Winnebago Dr.; Wonder
Lake. Native prairie plants, woody plants and various
grasses are arranged in scattered
islands of natural landscaping.

House and Garden Walk. This is a self guided tour of
city-sized gardens in Logan
